How it works

Picnic Events has created over 500 celebrations across the Riviera Maya.

  1. Choose your session

    Select your package, city, date and time. Hotel and resort sessions add 1,700 MXN (approximately $100 USD).

  2. Book securely online

    Pay to reserve your time and receive your confirmation by email.

  3. Meet your photographer

    Your photographer confirms the meeting point. If hotel access is not possible, they will suggest a nearby alternative.

Photography FAQ

Do we need to know how to pose?

No. Your photographer will guide you throughout the session, including where to stand and how to move.

What should we wear?

Choose clothes you feel comfortable in. For couples and groups, colors that work well together and simple patterns help keep the focus on you.

Can we take photos at our hotel?

Yes. Select “At my hotel / resort” when booking. A 1,700 MXN fee (approximately $100 USD) is added. Your photographer will confirm access afterward; if it is not possible, they will suggest a suitable nearby location.

What happens if it rains?

We watch the weather and coordinate with you. Weather-related changes are free, and if conditions make the session impossible and no replacement time works, you receive a full refund. See our photography session policies.
