These terms apply to photography sessions booked through our photography booking form. They are specific to photo sessions; bookings for other Picnic Events Co. services follow our general booking policies.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
- Full payment through the online checkout reserves your selected session date and time.
- Prices are shown in Mexican Pesos (MXN). Package prices and paid add-ons shown in the booking form include IVA.
- We do not add the 5% online transaction fee described in the general event policies to photography-session checkout.
- Props are not included in the online payment. We confirm their availability and quote them separately.
HOTEL AND RESORT LOCATIONS
Hotel and resort sessions add a 1,700 MXN fee (approximately $100 USD), shown in checkout. Your photographer will confirm access and the exact meeting point after booking. If access is not possible, they will suggest a suitable nearby location.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
- Cancel at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund.
- If plans change within 48 hours of the session, your payment is not refundable, but you may move the session once to another available date or time at no charge. A session moved under this rule remains nonrefundable. A missed session without notice is not refundable.
- If we cannot provide the photographer, you may choose another available date or receive a full refund.
WEATHER
Caribbean weather changes quickly. If conditions may affect the session, you and the photography team will coordinate whether to continue, adjust the time or location, or reschedule. Weather-related changes have no fee. If the weather makes the session unsafe or impossible and no mutually suitable replacement time is available, you will receive a full refund. Clouds or a brief light shower do not automatically cancel a session.
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Your photographer will contact you to agree on a specific meeting point. Please arrive on time; arriving late may reduce the time available for photography. For a hotel or resort session, please provide the property name and location when booking. Any requested props must be confirmed and quoted separately.
